Led Shipsoft 2.0 platform engineering — 35+ tenants, ~450+ API routes, DB-per-tenant Laravel + Angular. Built Enquiry Agent (97% accuracy, ~10 min saved) and Rate Sheet Agent (24+ sheets processed, internal quoting).

Full responsibilities
  • Primary backend contributor for Shipsoft 2.0, a multi-tenant freight CRM with database-per-tenant isolation (Stancl Tenancy) for 35+ live orgs.
  • Owned Laravel modules, REST APIs (~450+ routes), Sanctum auth, tenant resolution, team permissions, admin impersonation, migrations, and ~200 automated tests.
  • Delivered CRM/freight flows: leads, customers, enquiries, quotations, bookings/shipments, dashboards; collaborated on the Angular 19 operator SPA.
  • Integrated webmail (IMAP sync/compose), Paperless-ngx document workflows, and AI rate-sheet ingestion.
  • Owned the Rate Sheet Agent — FastAPI + Celery four-pass extractor that turns carrier PDFs, Excel, and email into ERP-aligned lane JSON for internal quoting (24+ sheets processed; Apr 2026 – Present).
  • Built the Enquiry Email Automation Agent — IMAP → Celery/Redis → CrewAI/OpenAI → Shipsoft create-enquiry (~97% accuracy, ~10 minutes saved per enquiry; Jan 2026 – Present).
  • Nova 5 admin for central/tenant administration; Postgres + Redis in production; platform in post-production (public demo not yet available).
